A. Product Description
– Products are actively AIPT from researching, controlling technology to designing features that are very suitable for conditions in Vietnam.
– Incinerators can burn all kinds of household waste with moisture content of 30-50%
The furnace is made up of separate assemblies (modules) that are linked together by bolted joints.
– Waste incineration and treatment technology applies advanced and superior technology to treat gas with rare gas combustion in both primary and secondary chambers.
– The loading of garbage into the furnace is done automatically (using conveyor and push mechanism).
– The removal of ash from the furnace is also done automatically through the system of troughs and screws
– Make the operator safer with less direct contact with the furnace
– The incinerator is designed flexibly depending on the terrain and space of the investment unit. Excellent stand-alone performance.
– This device aims to reduce the cost of treatment and storage by burning combustible waste (paper, fabric, wood, synthetic resins (PE, PP, PU, PS, sewage sludge, etc.)
The purpose is to prevent leakage of new products and keep the factory environment clean. By dealing with air pollutants, we have established containment devices, which comply with emission standards to preserve air quality.
– This device removes gases and air pollutants during combustion as well as treatment through a synchronous system.
– Technology to treat smoke and dust by centrifugal Cyclone system
– The wet filter system helps to remove harmful dust and smoke and reduce the gas temperature, absorbing harmful gases before being discharged into the environment.
The dry filter system contains layers of activated carbon to help absorb and adsorb dioxins and furans and other harmful gases before being released into the environment.
